Summary

Although I haven't been with the department for too long, I am motivated and eager to learn as much as I can everyday that I come into work. I was a prior Custody Assistant at MCJ. While working there at first I was nervous not knowing what to expect. Working at MCJ gave me experience in being able to communicate with active and prior gang members. I also gained experience in doing cell searches and learning where inmates hiding contraband. Once I promoted to Deputy Sheriff I was sent to IRC. It was place an unfamiliar setting where I came in everyday to work with a positive attitude and ready to learn as much as I can. I am a fast learner and always willing to step out of my comfort zone. I am eager to begin a new journey and expand my knowledge. If selected I will come in everyday and work as hard as I can and always put my best foot forward.
