  • Process and authenticate all money movement activities which include: wires, ACH transfers, loan payments, and cashier’s checks. I perform all the transactions for a specific client relationship at their request.   • Research client and partner requests usually through different eRM cases. This includes, but is not limited to, address changes, closing accounts, loan processing requests, client transaction research requests, and wire expects.
  • Work with the fiduciary, banking, trusts, and investment teams doing their money movement requests and any account preparations they may need. This includes new account documents, gifting and distributions from trust accounts, and wire transfers from trust accounts.
  • Prepare trust and banking account opening documents. This involves reviewing trust documents, corporate resolutions, and client direction to ensure the account documents are prepared correctly.
