  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in isolating a faulty intervalometer switch on a SUU-20 bomb dispenser.
    Clear hung bomb write up allowing the aircraft to fly it\'s next sortie.
  • Quickly responded to an A-10 gun system in-flight emergency on an aircraft from Pope AFB; rendered
    the gun safe and assisted personnel with repairs; allowed the aircraft to return home safely
  • Performed electrical operational checks on 6 wing weapons pylons and 6 LAU-129 missile launchers
    within 1 shift; efforts greatly reduced a serious equipment backlog due to test set calibration
  • Pinpointed two broken firing pins on a SUU-20 bomb dispenser as the cause of hung ordnance during
    flight; diligent efforts enabled the dispenser to be returned to the service prior to the next scheduled
    sortie.
