Had responsibility for maintaining appropriate supply levels for correct charging and inventory maintenance. Served as Distribution Lead. Monitored supple usage and worked closely with other departments to maintain appropriate PAR levels in supply rooms throughout the Hospital. Receiving Department, received deliveries from various vendors and carriers. Verified each delivery for accuracy of deliveries, entered all receipts into computerized inventory system, communicated issues with shipping carriers and vendors. Participated in inventory counts, including counting, auditing, count entry and reconciliation process. Handled many projects such as system conversions, new product and procedure rollouts, as well as new supply room setups. I worked closely with Department Supervisors and Charge Nurses tor resolve issues and concerns.

Had responsibility for maintaining Pyxis units, POI units, answering phone calls in a timely matter, for urgently needed supplies, maintaining Adult and Pediatric cash carts. Removing used equipment from soiled utility rooms for decontamination to Sterile Processing. Tracking CAPR'S, PAPR'S and Hepa filter units. Maintained refills from stock room to Central.
