  • Grow the Mass Insight AP Environmental Science program by nearly doubling the number of hours Mass Insight dedicates annually to a single AP Environmental Science Content Specialist from 480 to nearly 900 in less than 4 years, increasing teacher engagement success as demonstrated by increased class sizes and number of sections offered, and signing up an unprecedented 1,100 students for the Mass Insight mock AP Environmental Science exam this year.
  • Mentor and coach Massachusetts and Connecticut AP Environmental Science teachers through discussions and demonstrations of student and spacial analysis, innovative content delivery and dynamic engagement practices.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver workshops and content review sessions including procuring presenters such as environmental field scientists and teaching professionals.
  • Introduce modern laboratory technology unusual in an AP Environmental Science classroom such as molecular biology GMO and antibiotic resistance labs as well as write and publish unique, original lessons and labs for a monthly newsletter and by direct participant request.
