I have decades of professional development in the service industry with the measurable life goal of living in coastal resort communities. It has been of great importance for me to have access to the the ocean and raise my family close to the beach. My educational background and career choices have allowed me to become a credentialed Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian. As an avid waterman and surfer, my specific interest in environmental science is in water quality and the infrastructure required for sustainable coastal development (municipal wastewater, septic tanks, stormwater runoff, freshwater inundation, and saltwater intrusion). I am nearing retirement and I would like to share my knowledge, wisdom, and experience with a younger population to help preserve the coastal habitat for future generations.
