General Warehouse Associate
8 Years 5 Months- Have worked in multiple departments during my tenure with Shamrock Foods. From selecting product, loading, basic inventory, transportation department, and now quality assurance.
- Short stint with our Transportation department included, managin a group of 15+ non cdl drivers. Ensured deliveries were timely and above all professional. Briefly routed for this department as well.
- Time in operations (warehouse) I was also a lead for a small department of 6 individuals. Here I was in charge of orders being selected in a timely manner, as well as meeting deadlines for loading, and even dealing with customers/sales reps coming to our warehouse for some product. Face to face customer service was a daily task in this role.
- My current role is that of a normal associate within the warehouse, I am now a produce quality assurance specialist. I have learned and continue to develop those skills needed to ensure the best quality product arrives, and leaves this warehouse. Daily checks are conducted , and inbound product is always checked. Reports for specific accounts are done daily, updates are provided to sales with any latest trends or news regarding product.
