Helped manage Tullahoma location with another staff pharmacist until the permanent PIC could relocate to the area. Responsibilities including creating a pharmacist work schedule that allowed for special requirements for the other staff pharmacists due to restrictions in their availability, helped slowly introduce a reluctant technician staff to proper workflow, began training on the correct usage of pharmacy software to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes, helped store management realize opportunities for improvement in many areas of the pharmacy.
