I File FOO audits and HRRs on slack for the managers to help them throughout their day.
I file quality audits and use dig dug to show associates their mistakes and then coach them on how to not make the same mistake again.
I assign associates to stations and make sure they are wearing all PPE required in building to keep them safe from injury.
I monitor associates on atlas to effectively address there multiple events and bin filter violations to better help them with their job quality and production
I Develop and maintain a positive, productive relationship with employees to better help them through their day.
I Provide exceptional training to drive associates to become better employees.
I Communicate product value, quality of work, safety and efficient working skills to all associates.
