Edwin Lindhe

i am a flexible worker able to work practically any shift as i have no difficulties staying up late or being up early. im used to working many small responsibilities even if they are a bit out of my position so long as its something im able to do. experienced with customers from children to elderly and everything in between. likewise i have experience multitasking several duties at once and now have experience in leadership roles where i maintained the best relationships i was able to between management and the lower positioned employees frequently working to ensure their concerns were properly heard when problems arose. I am calm under stress and able to maintain a professional tone regardless of the attitudes of people i was assisting. people skills are likely my best as i am able to get along with almost anyone and at the very least i maintain professional stances even with those who dislike me and never let that impact the work environment as there is no reason to escalate drama that can be put aside. i have a history of remaining calm even under life threatening situations as i have on multiple times found my grandfather on the floor unconscious and kept a level head to guide the EMS to his home as well as assisting with customers who were injured in my store without allowing a panic to arise.

• back belt in jujitsu. i have been involved in martial arts since i was around five years old and have consistently participated in various forms ever since.
• i run various groups for board and card games to ensure everyone can be present as often as possible to keep social circles thriving and maintain connections

• i started as a cashier and was promoted to shift lead through my improvements above the other candidates and through having another shift lead personally guide me to be better
