Interests

After retiring from the military, I struggled to reconnect to the life I returned to here in the United States After getting on a bike I realized it was the only thing that seemed to calm me down and help me feel better That led me to getting the help I needed to not only move forward but to assist others in need of help with reintegration

My physical, mental, and spiritual health have been a primary focus in my life, because without those, I lose everything else My focus in life is on service I believe that service is the best kept secret in the world, and if combined with honesty and a solid work ethic, people would find most problems tend to take care of themselves
