  • Respond to emails that are constantly sent in in order to be aware of daily occurrences on property.
  • Work with Microsoft Excel & log down whether or not our CCTV cameras are operational. We also utilize Excel in order to keep track of panic alarm systems located in the parking toll booths. If there is any issue to report, we notify the proper personnel in order address these issues.
  • Provide customer service to various guests & employees over the phone.
  • Maintain & monitor radio traffic on a daily basis. Utilize radio codes (10-Codes) in order to
    report any issue that occur on USH property to the proper personnel in order for it to be addressed accordingly. Those issues can be tech issues, vandalism or property damage. These issues are reported via email, phone & radio
