Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies in Housing court.
Fill vacant units with qualified candidates.
Hire, train and Supervise Union building staff (Superintendent, Handyman, & Porters.
Perform vacancy inspections and ensure vacant unit prepared for new tenant promptly.
Conduct leasing and recertification as per regulatory agreement.
Ensure that all construction work done by building staff and third-party vendors is performed professionally and cost-effectively.
