rental, and tows for the customer while still abiding to their policy. Received 30-40 calls
a day operating off a que. Met or exceeded all assigned metrics efficiently.
Answering any general questions relating to the customer’s account. Adjusting their plan
to the best deal and clearing any concerns the customer has with their billing. Also
processing orders for electronics and handling technical support issues for tablets,
cellphones, and mobile hotspots.
Overseeing the store to make sure everything is in accordance with the Food and Health
Department protocols. Checked temperatures for restaurant cooking equipment and raw
