• Help Warehouse/Materials manager for 8 months by creating/submitting purchase orders
• Address pricing-related and damaged materials issues with vendors
• Followed-up with vendors regarding ETA and backorders
• Kept in communication on a weekly basis with the Manufacturing Director regarding material that will be needed in upcoming weeks.

• Answered emails and phone calls to determine need of all stores in San Antonio and surrounding areas
• Closely monitor daily orders that Napa stores were placing daily
• Prepared weekly international shipments to Mexico branch
• Maintain good relations with Napa drivers and warehouse pullers.
