• Maintain security coverage and visibility within a dedicated area or assigned post

• Monitor building activity for compliance with enforcement of established safety and security policies and procedures
• Anticipate, identify, prevent or otherwise take appropriate measures to protect against criminal activity or behavior contrary to established building rules or security procedures
• Assist in the evacuation of the building during fire drills or emergency situations.

Secure building and all tenants, staff members, and visitors

• Conduct vertical as scheduled and requested to ensure security and maintenance of building
• Perform fire drills and assist in emergency evacuations
• Encourage tenants to adhere to house rules
• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Maintain the log book; write incident reports, track changes with both tenants and the building
• Maintains outside areas: including, keeping the property safe and clean of debris, and ensuring the area is free of people loitering
• Ensure the building and tenants are safe during severe weather: this may include shoveling snow, salting the walkways, posting signs of weather conditions, and assisting the social service staff in monitoring tenants.
• Adapted quickly to last-minute changes in plans or circumstances without compromising on quality or results.

• Manage a portfolio of 4 key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
