Basketball

My interest in basketball started back in elementary school when I watched LeBron James playing against the Chicago Bulls in 2013. Since then, I've been hooked on the sport. I began playing at the recreational level and even won a championship in my first season. During middle school, I joined an AAU team and continued playing through three-quarters of high school.

Although I wanted to play basketball in college, I faced challenges due to pursuing a nursing degree. To navigate this, I decided to take a gap year to figure out my path. During this time, I still had the opportunity to play college-level basketball through Intramural games. Our team performed well, making it to the championship and even participating in the CBU Jam at the Event Center. I played a crucial role on the team, excelling as a shot blocker, rebounder, and reliable pick-and-roll player.

Looking ahead, I'm considering playing at a junior college (Juco) because of my passion for basketball.
