- Preparing Conductor Pipe 30”x 7/8”, WT-272 lb/ft & 30.5”, WT- 353 lb/ft, G-B, complete with ‘JVLW’ Connectors, Elevato Lifting Rings, with Float Shoe (Double Valve). DTO joint 15-20' long pup joints with 30" pin connector bottom. Send same to service company to weld connectors and make up conductor pipe, supervised all the process and make sure ready a head of time.
- Managed all operations; material request (MR), binning and issuing drilling material by using Maximo software; spud materials (conductor pipe, rock bit, flange pipe, connectors, and float shoe, inspection all equipment then make service order to a service company for welding connectors, Pre-slinging conductors’ pipes and make them ready for shipping.
- Directed the receiving material request (MR) and issued through Maximo system; surface, intermediate, production, liner casings, liner hanger, float shoes, float collars, landing collars, centralizers, stop collars. Made inspection, supervising put materials in basket, made them ready for shipping and write a loading note.
- Upon request form operation send casing and float equipment to a service company for make then up.
- Carried out safely and effectively and Use valid usage history to create minimum and maximum stocking levels and maintain sufficient spares inventories at predefined stock levels.
- Prepared the timely well head equipment ( Unihead Assy, dual tbg. Hanger. Dual Adapter spool, dual produced tree, long /short wear bushing, BOP test plug, fluted csg. Hanger, Pack-off running tool, Pack-off retrieving tool, wash tool, aligning pin, FMC dual tubing hanger.
