Inpatient and Outpatient Addiction Medicine care including withdrawal management, Medication assisted recovery for opioid use disorder, other addiction and mental health support. Program development, MAT clinic development, and staff education responsibilities.

Direct outpatient management Addiction Medicine for adolescents and adults including consultation, withdrawal management, medication supported recovery and treatment of co-occurring disorders.

Direct inpatient and outpatient management of acute and post-acute withdrawal, initial medical evaluations and ongoing medical care. Creation and implementation of protocols for standard practice. Staff education and training. Electronic medical record development and implementation. Co-medical director for Adolescent facility.

Outpatient general Pediatrics including addiction medicine, behavioral health, and adolescent medicine. Inpatient pediatrics including delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitation, ongoing neonatal care, general inpatient Pediatrics. Lead Pediatrician for two years.

Rural outpatient general Pediatrics including behavioral health and adolescent medicine. Inpatient pediatrics including Level II Nursery care, delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitation, ongoing neonatal care, general inpatient Pediatrics.
