I was the head nurse at the adult day care. I was responsible for sending physician orders to the doctors for review and signature, care plans MDS, care plan meetings, monthly inservices, documentation of Covid-vaccines and booster vaccines. Educating clients and staff on various health topics and any other duties assigned tome.

I educated staff at 3 facilities, new orientation for the 3 facilities, health fairs, flu vaccines, prepare for survey, infection control, dementia training and any other duties assigned to me.

I was laid off due to nursing budget cuts and this was a new position.
