  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of residential, commercial buildings and grounds within the Condominium Quadrant also known as a Section
  • Direct workforce engaged in janitorial and light maintenance duties including sanitation, snow removal, graffiti removal, light painting and plastering, minor electrical failures and other common area failures
