As an architecturally educated professional with five years of design experience and six years of construction management experience on large-scale projects, I have found my interests to primarily lie in the management field of construction. I have always thrived on problem solving; Over the course of my career, I have noticed that passion transition from developing details in the field to streamlining my team’s communication, productivity, and financial success.   • Serve as the primary point of contact on the CM team for the Owner and AE
  • Prepare and run bi-weekly progress meetings with the Owner and AE
  • Assisted writing and reviewing the scopes of work for eleven separate bid packages
  • Built a complete 36-month schedule with activities assigned to eleven different contractors and covering eight different building areas
  • Consulted with Jacobs’ third party estimator to produce estimates at the DD and CD document levels
  • The third party estimator produced the baseline estimate, while I reviewed, updated, and made corrections as needed
  • New Construction Area: 285,000 sf Budget: $96 million Owner: AACPS
