ACHIEVEMENTS

• 2004 - Invited to Washington D.C. as the only Las Vegas representative out of 363 women in the United States to attend the Business and Professional Women's Leadership Summit. This summit promoted continued economic growth that continues to benefit all Americans and advance dialogue between women in government and women leaders across the nation.
• 2009 - Acknowledged by Clark County and Commissioner Lawrence Weekly as Director of Project Shero for National Women's Month
• 2010 - Recognized for collaborative efforts by Boys & Girls of Las Vegas
• 2018 - Recipient and inspiration for first “PCX” - Perfect Customer Experience award from local management at Tesla.
• 2023 - Top of the Mountain Recipient

To Whom It May Concern,

I had the privilege of working with Eileen for several years at SolarCity and then through the merger with Tesla.  One of the reasons I looked forward to going to work during that time was because I knew Eileen would be there.  Her positivity and work ethic are undeniable.  She cares deeply for her co-workers and her customers.  Eileen contributed to our culture every day.  Customers also knew they could count on her.  I often observed Eileen staying late to ensure a customer’s issue was resolved.  She was always quite determined to provide a perfect customer experience.  The role she was in required her to talk to customers all over the country, and I always found it fascinating how she could quickly find common ground with people, no matter where they lived.

Any organization would be lucky to have this amazing person working for them!
