As a scheduler for Mount Carmel Heart & Vascular, I managed the schedules of several specific providers, while also managing checkout of the outpatient appointments of all providers daily. I worked with the providers and staff all over the health system to find solutions for patients to receive their care in an efficient manner. I worked with patients both in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service.
