Begins by determining pipe size listed on spec sheet. Once located loaded machine rear bins properly in order to facilitate smooth transition from heated conduit to finished product. Followed pipes through heating process over rollers making adjustments to position and temperature when necessary to ensure finished product meets specs for quality. When required formed finishing touches of PVC conduit such as forming bell ends, including correct angles or, slope for Performed conduit measurements using PI tape. Also quality check angles on table and recorded specs on provided form once an hour. Correctly packing finished conduit pipe and labeling boxes as required. Loaded pallets at times weighed pallets after shrink wrapping. Labeled destination . Left pallets to designated locations for shipping.
