Hi! I'm Ela. I'm a graduate from Academy of Art, and have a B.F.A. in Fashion Design with an emphasis in Product Development. I'm passionate about the conception process in early stage fashion development from sketching designs and sourcing materials to curating tech packs. I have an extensive background in retail sales ranging from stand alone stores and boutiques to leased brands in department stores.
In all of my roles I have assisted in visual merchandising and styling for social media pages and paid promotional content. I also have experience styling runway models for San Francisco Fashion Week, which I did for two consecutive years. I have experience in managing and hiring interns and building collaborative teams.
Oversaw all recruiting and hiring for Arzo. Hired 10+ university interns in 3 different recruitment cycles and sourced 40+ part-time and full-time artisans in Turkey to work with us.
