Painting- I have volunteered for many years painting murals and inviting children to help paint the murals at parks, swimming pools and schools. It is my way of giving back to society.
I am writing and illustrating a book of modern fables. I have an interest in ancient Chinese fables and how their wise advice transcends time.
Mindful Living-I have an interest in the daily Japanese practice of Ikigai which helps people live a healthier, more mindful, balanced way of living. Because of this, I walk 2 3/4 miles six days a week.
