Over the past 35 years, I have cultivated positive relationships with class participants by teaching a diverse range of challenging and engaging group fitness classes.
Prior to each class, I meticulously prepare and inspect course equipment to ensure its safety and cleanliness.
My extensive experience includes leading classes for thousands of students across various formats, such as Bodypump, TRX, Spinning, Bodycombat, Bodystep Barre Above, and Silver Sneakers.
I have trained and taught in numerous states, including Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Marina Del Rey, California. Throughout my career, I have consistently promoted an open and non-judgmental mental exercise environment.
