My main department was club pickup, so I talked to many different people throughout the day. I helped customers find items throughout the store, answered questions they had over the phone, and resolved any issues that customers brought up as efficiently as possible. I also spent some time in other areas around the store, including packaging online orders, stocking inventory, and cleaning/organizing employee areas. I am very flexible, and I am willing to do any task that may need to be done. I've added some examples below to help better explain what I have accomplished on the job.
