I was homeschooled in Alaska and spent many hours volunteering and serving my community. At the Eagle River Nature Center, I led educational trails tours and helped set up learning activities for youth programs. I also volunteered regularly at the food bank, where I stocked shelves, checked inventory, assisted with salmon canning, and packed food boxes for families in need. I was a Den Chief, I mentored Cub Scouts, helped lead weekly meetings, and supported the development of younger scouts.
