• Plan and conduct worship services, and bible studies and worked with key church leaders to carry out church mission.
• Provide spiritual care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.
• Provide crisis response and counseling to church members.
• Officiate special services such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
• Collaborate with church leadership to plan church calendar of events.
• Raise congregational awareness of the need and contributions of youth to church life and operations.
• Establish and managed a church budget of $1.2 million per year, including establishing a restricted church endowment.
• Work with stewardship to promote responsible biblical stewardship.
• Supervise associate ministers and staff leading education, youth, pastoral care, and older adult ministry programs.
• Leading in renovation and expansion projects, successfully renovating or remodeling existing sanctuary, multipurpose, chapel, restroom facilities and classrooms.

Oversaw all church functions and officers. Managing staff and caring for the spiritual well-being of the congregation.

During my time as pastor, the congregation grew numerically from 250 members to over 2,000 members.
