Twenty years of substantial experience in Apheresis, Oncology/Hematology, Medical Intensive Care Unit and Organ Transplant, in both inpatient and outpatient setting at University of Maryland Medical Center.
Responsible for direct care of assigned patients in the outpatient clinic as well as inpatients, providing the appropriate treatment technique for assigned patients or donors as prescribed in all apheresis modality procedures, as appropriately defined, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, RBC exchange, WBC depletions, PBSC and all types of WBC collections including Car-T cell collections as well as research collections, Photopheresis, and Therapeutic & Research Phlebotomies.

Responsible for processing purchasing orders of procedural supplies and keeping an accurate and up to date inventory of supplies.
Provide primary nursing care for a variety of medical-oncology/hematology patients, administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, provides patient education and discharge teaching.
Integrating clinical skills, performed full charge nurse duties, which includes maintaining effective flow of discharge and admissions, ensuring appropriate nurse to patient ratio based on nurse experience and patient's acuity.
Serve as a preceptor for newly hire nurses with aim objective of delivering safe and quality care.
Duties include assessment and care of critical Respiratory, Cardiac, Oncology/Hematology patients. Responsible for continuous monitoring of vital signs, interpretation of arrhythmias, administration of vasopressors and cardiac drugs, maintaining ventilator support and hemodynamic monitoring. Serves as an oncology/hematology clinical expert in intensive care setting.
Provided inpatient care to pre and post transplant (kidney, liver and pancreas) patients and readmitted patients with transplant complications such as rejection an infection. Administer anti-rejection medications intravenously. Promote health and educate patient and family about the importance of medical compliance after organ transplantation.
Delivered a complete range of nursing service and expertise. Accurately obtained and documented patient's history and medication list, assessed individual conditions and needs and selected departmental referrals for acute and chronically ill patients. Prepared equipment and assisted physicians during examinations and treatments.
