Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee with clinical experience working with adolescents, emerging adults, and couples. My work focuses on emotional regulation, identity development, and relationship dynamics. I use an insight-oriented and skills-based approach and frequently incorporate psychoeducation and brain-based concepts to help clients understand their patterns, improve communication, and feel more confident navigating their emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented, where clients can build insight, develop practical skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My areas of interest include neuropsychology-informed therapy, identity development, cultural and family systems, and life transitions. I enjoy incorporating interactive and creative interventions, as well as psychoeducational tools, to help clients better understand the connection between their brain, environment, and relationships.
Armenian folk dance (23+ years), basketball, arts and crafts, spending time with my dog Bruno, and listening to house music. These interests influence my belief that healing and self-expression can occur through movement, creativity, relationships, and community.
