As the administrative assistant for the general manager, one of my main responsibilities was to coordinate repairs in the common areas of this condominium that contained over a thousand units. These repairs included water shut offs, pest control, alarm testing, window washing, tree trimming and remediation and restoration. I also assisted the owners and agents in processing requests for renovations, spalling repair, bulky item removal, guest registration and updating ownership information through deeds and escrow documents. Whenever necessary, I was required to be on call in place of the general manager. I also managed and delegated work to my office assistant.
