As a Building Supervisor at Haas Pavilion, I take pride in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the college's fitness center and sports facilities. My role involves a combination of facility management, team coordination, and customer service to create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the opening and/or closing of the fitness center, ensuring all systems and protocols are followed.
  - Ensure sports facilities are properly maintained and ready for scheduled use, verifying user eligibility and enforcing proper usage guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and overall readiness of facilities.
• Support co-workers (35 of us in the team) by providing guidance, assisting with tasks, and ensuring everyone fulfills their responsibilities effectively.
• Serve as a point of contact for facility-related issues, addressing and resolving concerns promptly to uphold high standards of service.
• Organized community events within the building premises creating a positive environment among tenants fostering long-term tenancy relationships.

Supervised/managed fitness classes and aided my manager with administrative work, ensuring that daily operations ran smoothly.
