I graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a degree in Psychology, and I have extended my education to earn a certification in school counseling at Saint Elizabeth’s University. I have a deep passion for dogs—I’m also in the process of gaining certification in dog training and working at Camp Bow Wow, attending to canine needs.
● Paid work hours (4 times per week for 6 hours)
● Ensure that all dogs behave appropriately with other dogs in the yard while actively engaging with them (i.e., yard play, enrichments).
● Caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, temperaments, and behaviors.
● Responsible for daily chores (e.g., cleaning yards, cabins, hallways, and dishes, taking out the trash, and filling or dumping mop buckets).
● Work on communication with managers, supervisors, and other camp counselors frequently throughout the shifts.
● Worked on communication with supervisor and assigned co-counselor.
● Ensured safety for all campers from and to activities.
● Active engagement with assigned campers throughout the summer, including arts and crafts and all sports activities
