Operator 1
2 Months- Operate Gel unit on frac site as directed by frac company, giving the rates desired throughout each stage. Fill gel hopper as needed to continue running gel throughout the stage. Keep unit clean and safe to work on. Rig up/down units per rig move. Operate forklift when needed to move liquid totes around, and move vacuum to be used in cleaning work area. Do maintenance on unit when needed.
Pile Mover
1 Year- Flag sand trucks onto Truck Unloader. Unload sand trucks. Move sand with Stacker to designated working area. Operate Loader moving sand to Grizzly. Operate skid steer as needed on location. Maintain clean and safe working area. Rig up and down equipment per job.
H2S Technician
2 Years 5 Months- 1. Site checks and quality control at multiple locations checking SCBA's for proper working conditions including straps, mask, tank and proper amount of air. Check other safety equipment such as Otis sensors for proper relaying and functionality, be able to troubleshoot any problems that may occur and fix while in the field. Make gas calls and put on SCBA to check area for potential hazards utilizing a 4 gas meter. Calibrate and clean sensors on facility moves or at recommended times prior. Rig up/down locations as acquired by contingency plan. Coordinate with SEAC, and WSS on site for compliance of equipment to be used. Be on call for unexpected gas alerts and fit for duty at any time. Hold and direct safety drills as needed per operations site. Be knowledgeable and competent to discuss safety hazards that are and can be present per location and job. Was promoted twice within 5 months to position currently in.
- Currently have LA. State Fire Extinguisher Liscense. Rescue Certified
Delivery Driver
10 Months- Organize and handle packages in my delivery truck.
- Deliver Packages to designated locations as per customer.
Floorman
1 Year 8 Months- Work on rig floor under Driller and with other employees.
