• Actively lead all phases of the creation, research, data collection, production, and facilitation of training and education offerings: the New Employee Orientation, First Year Experience Program, New & Existing Manager Orientation, Campus-Wide Learning Experiences, Annual Engagement Calendar, Shoreline Employee Engagement Platform, Staff Engagement Survey, and all Staff Engagement Workgroup Initiatives
• Actively collaborated with campus partners to create inclusivity and accessibility via newsletter, website, and training offerings with coordinating marketing, and technological upgrades
• Serving as sole advisor to 16 UC Santa Barbara Staff Resource Groups, UC Systemwide IT Staff Engagement Workgroup, and UCSB IT Staff Engagement Workgroup
