Hey I'm Eli Campbell! I've spent the past 5 years working in IT and am currently seeking an opportunity to expand my knowledge and begin working within the Networking Field. I have a degree in Networking as it's something I have always been interested in. Thank you for taking the time to read my resume and I look forward to potentially meeting with you.
After working as intern at BCI for around a year and half, I was hired as full-time engineer. While still assisting customers with general desktop support, I've worked on implementing software such as FortiEDR and N-Able for customers. I've spent time working on and configuring VPN's for users. I've managed Active Directory for customers and have spent considerable time within Microsoft's 365 Admin center troubleshooting issues for users. I have also managed server backups with systems such as VEEAM, Acronis, Uniview, and VCenter. I have also began to work on VOIP issues within systems such as GoTo and Webex.
Daily desktop support for customers. Worked the help desk and assisted customers with desktop issues over the phone and by remoting into their desktop. I spent many days onsite assisting customers with new desktops setups, network hardware implementation, printer issues, etc. I also shadowed higher level engineers working on VOIP issues, network issues, and projects.
Assisted technicians with implementing technology in classrooms such as cameras, microphones, and displays. I also worked the office help desk and assisted professors with technology issues that occurred within the classroom.
Currently I have completed the first core of the Comptia A+ Certification. I am actively pursuing on completing the second core and plan on taking the exam within the next month. I have also spent some time studying for the CCNA.
