Fit-up and weld-out of contracted projects in both oilfield and aerospace applications. 14 gauge up to 4 inch thick materials, everything from I-beam to pipe. .01 in. Tolerance on most projects, maintained through weld-out with careful heat control. Proficient with FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes. Mag testing, UT, and X-ray NDT performed on most weld-outs.

Oilfield pipe welding for EOG in east New Mexico. Between Hobbs and Carlsbad. Weld-out of spool pieces going up into the racks. 6010s and 7018s. All pipes passing X-ray. Operating of heavy machinery as well.

Spray Arc on sheet metal, fitting up and welding out roll-off dumpsters. 70+ hours a week. Worked with engineers to build and operate a welding robot to weld-out smaller fel dumpsters. Lead a production line of eight people, and broke almost company record for production times.

Building and welding pipe fencing around east Texas in the Canton area. All stick welding, 6010s and 11s. Some brazing and soldering. Torch cutting with oxyacetylene and propylene.

Fitting and welding diesel fuel cells, water tanks, and pressure vessels. All FCAW work, .040, .045, and .052 wire. Tanks and cells were all leak and pressure tested. OSHA 10 certified through this company.
