• Develop and execute the effective communication plan to meet the expectations of communities on Polio outbreak.
  • Follow up the payment of the lists for the community health workers.
  • Rigorously and effectively implement the strategic crisis communication and community engagement to fight against Polio and promote routine immunization.
  • Ensure dynamic management of the communication trainings with CACs, U-Reporters and DPS key staffs.
  • Direct all communication and production activities in support to polio eradication.

• Assure financial and administrative support to SBC activities in the field office.
  • Supervision of SBC vaccination activities.
  • Participate in the measles and polio vaccination campaign.
  • Conducting activities for U-Reporters in the internally displaced people camp to ensure development at all levels, protection, and reintegration of the young people in the breast of communities.
  • Support the U-Reporters in the development of their action plans to ensure a positive change in their community.
  • Conducting sessions of capacity building of young girls on leadership participation in public management and decision-making to strengthen their resilience to inequalities.

In charge of the administration and finance for the Ebola Response.
• Collect the list of beneficiaries, check them, and pay through mobile money according to the amount to each person.
• Ensure that all the justification including bills, receipts, beneficiary payment list, and other finance documentations are manually and electronically classified according to the organization standards.
• Follow up with partners, suppliers, and donors the strict respect of the organization finance standards is observed in all the financial transaction.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and archived incoming ones.
• Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly finance situation report for the management.
• Follow up with banks and mobile money companies on the statues of payments and balance at their levels.
