I have recently returned from 6 months of training in communication, team building skills while being mentored in leadership. As a part of a tour traveling across Norway, I had the amazing privilege of being part of a team that worked with various churches mentoring youth. While hosting a total of 68 different gatherings, abroad, I learned so much about the importance of teamwork, flexibility and servanthood all while encouraging future leaders. As a Public Speaker in a foreign land, I gained new found confidence and abilities to communicate, listen and encourage people. I truly believe that I will be able to translate my experience overseas training youth into a positive, energetic work atmosphere while taking excellent care of the person in front of me!
