Accomplishments

I made an immediate impact on the state IG shop, closing a three-year-old case within a month upon arrival, orchestrating controls and processes, and directly reducing the state's IG case load by 64%.

Collaborated with the 377th TSC and the DOD IG sections on system improvements and sharing of information and assisting in cases.

Designed and executed a rigorous MRC 1 and 2 plan that took the GRP MRC 1 and 2 rate from 79% to 87% in order to exceed TAG goal of 85%.

Went from 82 delinquent OERs to 25, 387 delinquent NCOERs to 97, MRC 1 and 2 numbers at 89.11%, TAG goal is 85% for FY 15.

Wrote the 139th RSG S1 Standard Operating Guide and Tactical Standard Operating Procedure
