Coordinators of Training (COTs) are responsible for providing training and direction to new or transferring Cast Members in a single or multi-line of business group, operation or function and may perform the same duties as other Cast Members.

Duties shall include, but are not limited to, updating OJT manuals/training manuals, training, coordinating training across different job classifications, conducting property tours, assisting in assessment of training needs, training Cast Members to serve as Trainers and conducting training follow ups.

• Supervised and supported housekeeping personnel to maximize quality of service and performance.
• Collaborated with front desk to respond promptly to guest requests and promote positive experience.
• Reviewed employee performance and devised improvement plan to achieve goals.
