  • In this position, I worked in a fast paced environment where the customers' needs always came first. I had to pick up skills like problem solving for unique issues, handling large amounts of cash, multi-tasking to ensure everyone gets taken care of in a timely fashion, high call volume and proper phone etiquette, and supervising while delegating tasks to those underneath me. I also had to preform money services such as money orders/cashier's check and Western Union sending and receiving transactions. Being in this space has given me the experience of working with, as well as, being in charge of a department. I've seen and learned how being respectful to both coworkers and customers alike can go a long way and create relationships to make the work flow easier.
