As someone with 18 years of experience in the financial industry and six years of project management experience, I was thrilled to see your posting for the Project Manager position at SLFCU. I have experience leading successful projects with many deliverables and with building successful cross-functional relationships. I have a strong passion for operations and process improvement, and I excelled in that field of study while earning my master’s degree at the University of New Mexico.
In my current position at Wells Fargo Bank, I oversee all system access components for our Small Business employees, working with subject matter experts spanning various lines of business. Additionally, I oversee projects from the regional project management level. My key challenge includes managing many complex projects with overlapping deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
Recent projects include the design and build of a new system access support form as it transitioned from an outdated platform to a new application. This form is utilized to support system access requests for over 35,000 employees across the enterprise. Simultaneously, I managed a project to implement Role Based Access Controls to onboard a new group of employees to administer and facilitate their system access and high-risk certifications. Both of these projects came to a successful close on time and within budget.
