I have a strong passion for operations and process improvement, and I excelled in that field of study while earning my master’s degree at the University of New Mexico. In my current position at Wells Fargo Bank, I oversee all system access components for our Small Business employees, working with subject matter experts spanning various lines of business. Additionally, I oversee projects from the regional project management level. My key challenge includes managing many complex projects with overlapping deadlines and delivering exceptional results. Recent projects include the design and build of a new system access support form as it transitioned from an outdated platform to a new application.
