I was the youngest manager promoted due to my dedication, sacrifices I've made, and my love of customer service. I have always went above and beyond. Learning new policies or asking what tasked I could learn in order to be more useful to the team. I've always had extreme loyalty as well, putting the needs of the company above my own. It was time to depart though to see what other careers are out there.
