Currently operating out of busiest boat ramp on Maui as it is serving as temporary relief for the rebuilding Lahaina Harbor

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Maintain a clean and organized space for passengers and crew members.
• Lifeguard at snorkel locations to ensure passenger safety.
• Provide food service according to health standards.
• Mechanically maintain vessel by performing routine maintenance.
• Vessel is a 53' Newton with a pilot house. Powered by twin straight shaft cummins.

• Non-commerical 28' Glasply with a fly bridge 12GRT
• Regularly maintain vessel performing routine filter and oil changes.
• Fiberglass repair when first purchased
• Gelcoat and deck painting with buffing and polishing to maintain appearance.
• Primarily used for pleasure fishing 15-30 miles offshore targeting yellowfin tuna, marlin, mahi, and ono.
• Frequent trailering with a triple axle trailer to launch vessel.
• Vessel is powered by a single V-drive 330hp Cummins 6BTA

• Maintain vessels through regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Safely run snorkel charters with up to 24 passengers.
• Provide guests with detailed safety briefings prior to departure, before encountering inclement conditions, before activities, and prior to docking.
• Keep guests safe while operating in rough water. Only company to operate tours along Kanaio which is a coastline known for its rough conditions averaging 4-8ft swell and 20-30kt winds.
• Plan charter locations on a day to day basis dependent on weather conditions and passenger preferences.
• Occasionally operate solo if booking for charter is 6pax or below. Trailering, docking, and line handling all preformed by self.
• Regularly preform and log quarterly drills.
• Keep crew members up to date on training and new policies.
• Company vessels are 30' Almar RHIBs with twin 225 Honda outboards.

• Oversee drydock of charter fishing vessel in Ensenada, Mexico
• Preform sea trials in cooperation with mechanics and dry dock personel
• File commercial charter operation paperwork with state of California

• Manage 4-8 crew members throughout the day to maintain safety and a successful charter.
• Coordinate with captain to create a plan and time schedule for the charter.
• Ensure there is sufficient supplies prior and after each charter.
• Strictly follow liquor laws in accordance with the vessels liquor license.
• Resolve conflicts between crew or alert higher management of problems.
• Vessel is an Aluminum 69' 3 story catamaran 72GRT. Inspected for 149pax and regularly running at capacity.
