𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭: Built and operated online communities across Xbox, PlayStation, Discord, gaming tournaments, Minecraft servers, and founder focused networks, totaling 2,500+ members across multiple projects.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝: My first communities were Rocket League trading groups on Xbox and PlayStation, with one reaching around 627 members and another reaching around 400 members. I built them because I needed people to trade with, so I solved the problem by creating my own networks.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝:

• Built and managed a personal Discord community that reached around 80 members and became my first introduction to Discord operations.

• Created a tournament Discord server at 13 years old around a game I played, growing it to around 831 members at its peak.

• Led a volunteer team of 13 people, running operations, meetings, events, support systems, and community structure.

• Helped build a Minecraft SMP community with around 129 Discord members.

• Created another tournament-based Discord community during the COVID era, growing it to around 229 members while managing a team of 7 volunteers.

• Later applied those community building skills to founder focused projects under Lux, Neógenos Circle, and Neógenos Network, reaching 300+ founders across the combined ecosystem.

• Managed operations, structure, community experience, member support, event flow, and long-term direction across multiple online communities.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝: Communities grow when people have a reason to come back. The strongest communities solve a social problem, create shared identity, give members something to do, and make people feel like they belong inside the system.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐨: Building go to market strategy, offer design, outbound sales systems, and operating structure for Vocalla AI, a Delaware based software company focused on AI voice agents and call automation systems for businesses.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐧: Local service businesses, appointment based companies, and front desk heavy operations where missed calls, slow bookings, lead intake, follow up, and customer support routing directly affect revenue.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝: Supported physical therapists and patients inside a busy outpatient clinic by helping prepare treatment areas, clean tables, set up equipment, apply ice packs and heat packs, assist with electrode setup, and walk patients through exercises under PT supervision.
