Elijah Burghen

I worked in the construction/pipefitting crew at GE. I learned how to operate machinery and work with a team to complete large scale projects. I learned many skills in that new trade and utilized a lot of what I learned before.

• I was responsible for installing and servicing a multitude of appliances and also have basic plumbing jobs, including running new natural gas lines to homes.

• I was responsible for a lot of cleaning, restocking, and running food. I helped out around every single station in the establishment.

• I was responsible for seating customers and bussing tables. I also ran the mobile orders station and had a lot of responsibility keeping customers satisfied.

• I was responsible for the expo position, running food, and seating customers if busy. I also have the role of dishwasher.

• I was responsible for assisting in the production of projects, acquisition of materials, and delivery to customers.

• I was responsible for collecting dirty dishes from tables, setting tables, sorting clean dishes, cleaning in general, and preparing fountain drinks.
